    Hello,

    It is nice that you have purchased the Avira Prime Version today.
    Unfortunately, you did not tell us where you bought it, in the Avira Online Shop or in retail.

    If you purchased the license in the Avira Online Shop, you will not receive an activation code.
    The new license will be connected to your email address immediately upon purchase and the license will be activated directly to your customer account. You can start this process from your customer account by clicking on INSTALL.

    Important: Please log in to your customer account with the e-mail address - with which the license was purchased: 

    https://my.avira.com  ⇒  https://my.avira.com/de/dashboard/subscriptions/tabs/plans

    Your activated license should be displayed there.
    If you paid with PayPal, please make sure that you entered the delivery address during the ordering process. Here you will find instructions for installation from your customer account - without activation code:

    You have replied with a "no-reply" email. This is a notification e-mail that is only used to inform you about a new comment in your post. It will also be pointed out to you:

    In your Copy IMG 154.631 the e-mail address is given above. At the bottom of the page it is also mentioned again as address for activation.
    "Your product key: Your Avira product is active now. We sent a confirmation email to xxx..."  You provided this e-mail address as one of your e-mail addresses in your "no-reply" to us.

    If the shipping information is incorrect, you would need to contact Cleverbridge.

    We are sorry, we are a public forum. You have received the documents for your license via email. If they did not arrive at the email address you provided, this is no longer within our scope. This is extremely regrettable for us.
