    With your information provided to us we can't say anything about "The scan process has stopped!"

    We don't know anything about your OS, your Avira version, which files to scan, does the scan start or does it stop immediately?
    Unfortunately, we cannot answer your question, this requires an exact description of your procedure and detailed information about your installation.
