  Please log in https://my.avira.com   to your customer account. It is important to include the address you used when you bought the product. The licence will be activated immediately on the account with this e-mail address.
  Look under https://my.avira.com/de/dashboard/subscriptions/tabs/plans  whether the license is displayed there.
