License renewal payment and cancellation non-existing license
CompletedDear all,
I have not used Avira for years already. I am being charged for license renewal without prior notice. If I log in into my account there is no product to cancel. If I request support I get the message that I cannot get support because I don't have a license. If I check my bank record, the latest payment I did was half of what is being charged now. Where and how can I cancel this license?
I have been trying every single solution posted in the community for this issue without success. Is there a phone number fro customer support? This could be solved in a couple of minutes...

Please check in your customer account under your licenses. Important, you have several accounts in your customer account at Avira. With the correct email address you will be shown your license. Please pay attention to the addresses when logging into the Avira customer account https://my.avira.com
