Win 10 store purchase
CompletedI bought the VPN from windows 10 store. It quit working two days ago. I uninstalled and tried reinstall. It doesn't work. I still have 10 months of service.

Did you get the download for installation from the Windows store? Please try to download it again and reinstall it. Otherwise, you can contact the Windows Store/Support and describe your problem in detail. We have not got any documents here about your license purchased in the Windows Store.

I did that three times. If you were to lock and my account you would see status of my vpn says "pending." Please fix it before I file a Better Business Bureau complaint.

You write: "I bought the VPN from windows 10 store." If you buy our products from a third-party-store, Avira cannot access any refund requests. So in this case order and refund management is set by Microsoft as Avira isn't able to do it for you. Please get in touch with Microsoft to request a refund or cancellation of your subscription.
