"Manage Antivirus" results in empty unusable window
When I launch "Manage Antivirus", all that appears is an empty unusable window. Same thing happens when I try to Update Avira. Looking for recommendations. I am going to download the latest Free version, attempt to uninstall, then try to reinstall, but if anyone recognizes this problem as something much easier to fix, I'd appreciate hearing about it.

- Is this version a single version or part of a suite?
- Which OS is installed on your computer?
- Please give us the technical data of the device, RAM ...?
- Describe your installation in detail.
- If a licence, purchased in the Avira online shop or in a shop?
- Did you follow these installation instructions?

Have you already tried to check the scan and update reports? Are there any entries inserted?
