    Hello Henry,

    There are 2 email addresses in your customer account. One address has not yet been verified.
    Please log in to your customer account with the correct email address, then the licence activated on this account will be displayed immediately - the address used during purchase has been activated.
    The community is a publicly accessible forum, personal data may not be processed here according to the data protection GDPR.
