Can't use software updater and password manager because "offline"
I can scan which apps are outdated but when i click updated "Sorry, the content you are trying to access is not available offline.Please check your Internet connection and try again." pops up. I clicked on passwords and same come up. I do not have proxy server enabled in LAN settings.I uses windows 10

Unfortunately, you have not told us which Avira version is installed on your computer. Without exact information, it is very difficult for us to help you with the troubleshooting.
In general, however, something seems to be wrong with the connection.
Have you already tried a repair installation or a manual reinstallation to get a correct connection?https://support.avira.com/hc/en-us/articles/360014370037-Repair-your-Avira-Security-for-Windows
Or the manual Reinstallation with "Clean the system"
After that, the connection should work correctly.
