wir würden Dir gern mit Anleitungen zu Deiner Frage behilflich sein, doch ohne weitere Angaben zu Deinem Problem ist uns das bei bestem Willen nicht möglich.
- Welches Betriebssystem ist installiert? (genaue Version und alle Updates aktuell?)
- Welche Avira wird bei Dir eingesetzt?
- Haben die Updates bislang problemlos funktioniert?
- Hast Du vorher irgendwelche Einstellungen verändert?
- Bitte schicke uns einen Screenshot, auch das könnte hilfreich sein.

I have the same problem -- required data:
- Win 10 (evth updated + state-of-the-art; laptop is only a couple of months old)
- Avira Antivirus Pro
- yes
- no
- not possible to attach screenshots with this given format, but the updater window shows "0 kBytes" downloaded/processed

... and could Avira please be so kind as providing RELEVANT, SUBSTANTIAL, and TANGIBLE help to paying customers rather than mail the formula set of info questions as witnessed above and then simply supply standardized replies about 'deinstalling' and 'reinstalling' (for those who list the required data), which -- BTW -- never really works, as most comments here evidence ...
