INVOICE RECEIVED FOR A CANCELLED SUBSCRIPTION
AnsweredHi! I received an invoice for a CANCELLED SUBSCRIPTION on Sat 27th February 2021. Invoice ID:xxxxxxxxx($USD 64.99)
I have followed the steps to remedy this but it keeps saying I have no subscription!
It is for Avira Antivirus Pro
Can you please stop sending me invoices thank you for a product I don't have.

The invoice ID has been removed for your security.
Please check your licences at https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/home in your customer account. This is especially important if several e-mail addresses are stored in this account, and it has not yet been confirmed for one of your e-mail addresses that you are the owner of this e-mail address.
