  The only information we have about your issue is that you have Windows 10.
  It is unfortunate, but we cannot get a picture of your error without meaningful information.

   - Which Avira version do you want to install?
   - Is this a Free or a paid version, exact version information
   - Who reports "Virus scan failed"? Shouldn't Avira be installed first?
   - Which Avira instructions are you trying to follow for installation?
   - What do you mean, "I can't download anything also"?
