Cannot delete the file "com.avira.scanservice"

I uninstalled avira on my Mac (OS 11.2.3), but cannot delete the file "com.avira.scanservice".
(found it on the Activity monitor）

I found the post, and re-install & re-uninstall avira again, but the file cannot be deleted.

Does Avira leave it intentionally?

How could I delete the "com.avira.scanservice"?

  Hello Sadako,

  Please use the latest installation package of Avira Security for macOS which contains an uninstall tool. This tool makes sure that no left-overs are leaving when uninstalling Avira.

  Thank you for your reply.

  I did install and uninstall the latest installation package of Avira, but the file CANNOT be deleted.

  And I used "Avira.Uninstall.command" tool.

  And I remove all file associated with Avira:
  ~/Library/Application Support
  ~/Library/Caches
  ~/Library/Logs
  ~/Library/Preferences
  ~/Library/Containers
  ~/Library/Cookies
