  Thanks a lot for the comment but i don't see any license. I have paid with paypal account but i don't see any email about it. You should have my street address but i think that the deliver will be by mail....let me know..thanks a lot

  Did you enter the delivery address in the PayPal order process? See:
  How can I change my delivery email address when purchasing via PayPal? – Official Avira Support | Knowledgebase & Customer Support | Avira
  Log in to your customer account with the email address you used to purchase the license.
  Every subscription purchased in the Avira online shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address.

  Unfortunately, we do not have access to your customer account.
  Only you know the email address with which the order was placed.
  Only with this e-mail address will you have access to your license in the Avira customer account.
  
  Questions about your license or payment processing can unfortunately only be handled by the support team via your customer account by email in accordance with GDPR.
  We regret that we cannot offer you any further help, the data of the order and the registration for the customer account must be identical.

  Hello pascha,

  the email address is associated correctly to paypal. If Avira send email to Paypal account's email  i should see it.

  Hola. El otro día compre una licencia de Avira Pro y no se me instala en el ordenador. Además ahora ni siquiera me deja entrar en avira security, pues me dice que se ha producido un error inesperado. Tengo un número de referencia de la compra que realicé, que por motivos de seguridad, no voy a poner aquí.
