Unfortunately, you have not included this urgently needed information, not even details of your installed OS with the last update version number and for your last update of the Avira software.
You have not provided any information about where you purchased your Avira licence (Prime?), in the Avira online shop or from another provider?
Every subscription purchased in the Avira online shop is assigned to an Avira customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used for the purchase! The purchased licence can be installed immediately from your Avira customer account.
No Avira licence is stored in your customer account under the email address used here. Have you checked your telephone number (which you probably entered yourself!) in your Avira customer account?
Only you know which email address you used to purchase a new Avira licence, as an automatic licence renewal or as a new purchase of the Avira licence.Your Avira licence registration requires correct information.
Please check the telephone number you have entered at Avira and the correct registration of your purchased Avira licence in your Avira customer account! Thank you for your understanding.
