Hello John,
You are writing here in the Avira COMMUNITY, a publicly accessible FORUM: an ‘user2user’ forum.
We have no access to your Avira customer account or your installed operating system!

Premium customers with a valid licence who have logged in correctly can contact the Avira support team directly from their Avira customer account under ‘SUPPORT’: by e-mail, chat and (at times) telephone.
Unfortunately, there is no email with a post about your Avira licence from you at the email address you used for this post. To whom, and where, did you send your email with your question? Only your above-mentioned question has been received here in a publicly accessible post, which we are answering here and now.
The Avira Community is subject to the strict requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Questions about your installation and licence can only be answered by the Avira Support Team via your Avira customer account in accordance with the GDPR by email. In this Avira Community Forum, it is not technically possible to contact us by email. Only posts (which are not GDPR-compliant!) can be published here.
This is described in the Avira Community guidelines, which are also available for your information. Thank you for your understanding. Please check which email address you used to send the unanswered email to Avira Support so that the Avira Support Team can reply to your email using the address under which your purchased Avira licence is registered.
Best regards and have a nice weekend.
