    Please never post personal information in a public forum. These have been removed for your protection.

    Have you deactivated the automatic licence renewal in your subscription? This setting should be observed urgently to terminate the subscription.

    Please log in to your customer account with the email address you used to order the license (was the delivery address entered by you during the PayPal order process?) and the password you chose. Afterwards, as a Premium customer with an active license, you can contact the support team directly.

    Each subscription purchased in the Avira Online Shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always registered to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address.

    Unfortunately, questions about your license or payment processing can only be handled by the support team via your customer account by email in accordance with GDPR.


    We have also seen that you have already contacted the support team, created a ticket and already received a reply. You will receive further information in your ticket after you have answered the questions from the support team. Thank you for your understanding.
