i cant restore my file from quarantine!

hi

when i want to restore my file from quarantine, avira again find it and ban it. this is while i added the file path to exception

  Why does Avira Prime ignore user requests: "Restore file" and immediately send the file back to quarantine ??? And the function: "Exclude file from scanning" is completely absent!
