Hello I am still getting charged via Paypal 44,95 EUR for this product, but i dont use it any more, since years. Unfortunately i cannot deactivate it in my account since it is not listed there ?!?

Pls advise how to solve ?

  i tried to log in with the old email i used at the time of purchase but it didnt work..., what should i do ?

  Hello Michael,

  The ref.- number has been removed for your security.

  Your access data consists of the e-mail address used for the purchase and the password you have chosen -  this is required.  Once you have logged in with the correct access data, your license will be displayed. This allows you to make your settings as desired.
  Did you enter the delivery address during the PayPal order process? See:
