Aviria security does not open to show any icons

hi there

iu am using windows 10 on my PC and i have the Avira Secuirty suite installed.

When i click on the umbrella icon it shows a black rectangle and a moving icon to show that its opening something - but nothing opens. There are no icons within that black triangle etc.

 

i have tried uninstalling it and then reinstalling it, restarted etc but nothing works.

 

Please help ?

  Have you tried to do a manual reinstallation with a clean-up before reinstallation according to the following instructions?

  If the behaviour does not change, please contact us again with the exact details of your procedure. The exact version number of your Win 10 installation is also important, please include details of the last update.
