"Contact Us Here" not working
CompletedI'm trying to contact support regarding an issue with my license, yet I cannot even do that.
When I click the "Contact Us Here" button on the support page, nothing seems to happen. The business link works, but not the home link.
Is there another way to contact support without installing extra software or signing up for other accounts?

Premium customers with a valid license can contact the support team directly:
- https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/support/tabs/support
- Or
- https://support.avira.com/hc/en-us scroll down to "Contact Avira"
These links - with correct login to the customer account - open access to support, by email or by phone.
I am trying to contact support about a problem with my license, but not even that is possible.
Please check your login details, then something is wrong with the login.
Every subscription purchased in the Avira Online Shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always registered to the e-mail address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this e-mail address.If something is still unclear, please let us know, we will be happy to help.

Avira have taken £85.99 from my account but is not showing purchase on my login page, so I can't request a refund! your links do not work.
Avira, why do you make it so difficult to request a refund?

The link only works if your access data to your customer account with activated license are entered correctly. Once more:
- The email address that was used when ordering with the activated license.
- Your self-selected password, you registered for the purchased license.
- The verification of your e-mail address for this license.
