    It is unfortunate that you are having difficulties with your PayPal order and that there is now an increased workload. Did you include your delivery address in the order? See:

    According to the description, certain information is missing. Unfortunately, we cannot provide any information on this, as we do not have access to your customer account.

    You have also contacted the support team and already created a ticket there.
    This is the right way to check if there are difficulties with the order or the activation of the license. From there, personal data can be exchanged via email in a GDPR-compliant way. Here in the community, no exchange by e-mail is possible, only contributions can be posted here, which of course everyone can read.
