If the license is not displayed in your customer account, please check your e-mail address that was used with the 1st order of the license.Premium customers with a valid license can contact the support team directly:

https://support.avira.com/hc/en-us scroll down to Contact AviraPlease log in to your customer account with the email address you used to order the license. You will find your license under this email address. You did not indicate that you paid with PayPal, then it could be an email address used by PayPal that should be used. Each subscription purchased in the Avira Online Shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the e-mail address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this e-mail address.
