    Hello Robert,

    Please log in to your customer account with the email address you used to order the Prime subscription, then your ordered license will be displayed.
    You have 2 email addresses in your Avira customer account, but you have not yet verified the second email address.
    Each subscription purchased in the Avira online shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always registered to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address.
    We cannot make a refund for you, this only the licensee himself can initiate it with his activated subscription, unfortunately we have no authorization to do so.

    Here the community is a publicly accessible forum, personal data may and can be neither questioned nor processed here in accordance with the data protection GDPR. Questions regarding your license or payment processing can unfortunately only be handled by the support team via your customer account by email in accordance with the GDPR.
    Please log in to your customer account with the e-mail address used for the order, verify your e-mail address, then the subscription with the data of the order will be displayed to the Premium customer with the activated, i.e. verified e-mail address at  https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/subscriptions/tabs/plans. From there, the automatic licence renewal can be deactivated, the refund can be initiated, and the support team can be contacted directly:
