    Hello Robert,

    As already described, you previously had 2 email addresses, now you have 3 email addresses stored in your Avira customer account.

    Log in with the one you used to order the license. Did you order via the App Store? Or have you forgotten your email addresses? Do you have an Apple customer account?
    You have also contacted the support-team! Everyone you've reported your problem - they all answered you.

    Please read the answers and try to complete the instructions so that you can see your license.

    Paid for a upgrade to Avira prime. Took my money okay but can’t access the upgrade

    Avira Prime is not activated under the email address you used here.

    Please log in to your customer account with the email address you used to purchase the Prime version. Every subscription purchased in the Avira Online Shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always registered to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address. Thank you for your understanding.

    If you are logged in with the correct email address, the purchased Prime license will also be displayed and can be installed from there, see under:
