    Hello Nardo,

Unfortunately, you only sent us screenshots of your error messages.
Something is wrong with your installation.

It would be very kind and helpful if you could provide us with more detailed information about your installation. Thank you for your understanding.

    • Which operating system do you have installed? (Windows, exact version with all current updates)
    • Which Avira version is installed? (Free, Pro, Security Prime?)
    • Did the installation already work, or is the version newly installed?
    • Please describe the exact procedure of your installation.

Normally, we would advise a de-installation and a reinstallation, but unfortunately, we lack further information to be able to say something about your error messages. Have you already done this?

    Hi there,

My Avira is now fully functional, thanks to my efforts. I went to the control panel and tried to uninstall Avira, but Avira gave me the option to Repair or Remove it. I chose Repair, and it now functions properly. Thank you very much!

I had also faced the same problem. After reading Nardo Gago comment, I followed the same steps: Control Panel < Avira < Repair, and it worked. It is now operating properly. Thank you.

    Hello Ankit Junior Ryder

Maybe the last option for that issue is to completely uninstalled Avira, then delete the remaining Avira system files in regedit and installed a new fresh of Avira free or any versions.

Whenever I am trying to open Avira UI it is showing "Something didn't work as expected." I have uninstalled fully and then installed again.

    My OS details:

    Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit

    Model- Dell Inspiron 15R 5520

I have installed Avira Internet Security from my account after logging in on the Avira website. Kindly help as soon as possible.

    Hello Samreen,

    You have Windows 7 installed.

Technology is always evolving, Win 7 is an older OS and it can happen that something doesn't work properly.
You have also contacted support and already created a ticket there. This is a good thing with Win 7. Your installation can be checked from there. We do not have access here in the community to the GDPR-compliant information email exchange for technical checks.
Further information will be provided in your ticket by the support team. Thank you for your understanding.

Many greetings and have a nice weekend
