    Please log in to the Avira Antivirus Pro version under the number and version specified in your customer account (2 email addresses).
    Questions regarding your license or payment processing can unfortunately only be handled by the support team via your customer account by email in accordance with GDPR.
    The runtime of a license is independent of the installation!
    In your customer account you can set the automatic renewal according to your wishes, see

    In your customer account, you can contact the support and also clarify your agreement to future charges.

    please contact me back asap- you guys have suspended my subscription the settings on my PC virus scan prompts me to buy membership again! very spastic? don't you think?

     I paid full subscription fee and it expires next year July! please contact me or fix this asap

    Every subscription purchased in the Avira Online Shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the e-mail address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this e-mail address.
    Please log in to your customer account at Avira with this address of the order, then your license will be displayed in your customer account at:
