Waiting to get a refund for 5 days
CompletedI purchased the software, antivirus pro, then I found it extremely horrible because;
1.it uses high cpu on startup
2.it doesn't have its own firewall, just relies on and modifies windows 10 firewall.
3.uses as much ram as windows defender.
and I requested a refund in the same day I purchased the 1 year license.
No one has not gotten in touch with me for 5 days !
What are you waiting for, really ? How much day will wait for ?

that's just another way of saying ''we dont care about your refund, and we are happy with our garbage software.''
nevermind the refund, really. that showed me how avira runs its operations unprofessionally.
