On September 4th 2021, Avira made a debit of EUROS 44,95, which appeared on my statement for my AMEX account. Few years before, I stopped my subscription. Does it mean I renew it now? How can I proceed to make it effective?

If the license was terminated years ago, it would make sense to remove the installation and reinstall the current Avira version.

Please ensure that you log in with the correct email address, especially if 3 email addresses are stored in the Avira customer account. The email address used for the purchase must be used for the installation, only then can the paid Avira version be installed. This is also described in the Avira instructions that we have already made available to you.
Each subscription purchased in the Avira Online Shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the e-mail address used during purchase and is automatically activated under this e-mail address.
