Continuous credit card charge without my consent when VPN is not used by me. I want the VPN deleted

    Hello Yianna,

    If your credit card is continuously charged for VPN, you have not deactivated the automatic contract extension. The subscription will continue - even if you do not use it. The automatic licence renewal can only be set by the owner of the licence, so it must be deactivated by you, unfortunately we have no authorization and no access to your settings:

    A refund can only be initiated by the licence holder, we have no authorization to do so and no access to your personal data.

    Please log in to your customer account with the e-mail address you used to order the license. Make sure you use the correct address, you have 2 e-mail addresses stored in your Avira customer account. Check if both are verified.
