    Hello Rafael,

    Unfortunately, you did not specify where you purchased which Avira license.
    If you have purchased it in the Avira Online Shop, it will be displayed activated in your customer account at
    https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/subscriptions/tabs/plans
    and can be installed directly from there.
    Log in to your customer account with the email address you used to purchase the license. Each subscription purchased in the Avira online shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address. You do not need a code for activation.

    Hello Rafael,

    Unfortunately, you replied with a "no-reply" email. This is a notification email that only serves to inform you of a new comment in your post.

    It also states:

    "You are receiving this notification because you have subscribed to post updates.
    Please do not reply to this message. Email replies do not update content in the Help Centre".

    The "no-reply" emails will be deleted immediately and, unfortunately, you will not be able to read them in the post.

    If you log in to your customer account with the e-mail address you used when ordering, your licence will be displayed under Subscriptions and can be installed from there, already activated.

    Once again, you have 4 e-mail addresses stored in your Avira customer account. Your subscription is not blocked by anything and can be used by you, as long as you log in correctly: with the verified email address used when ordering.

    Unfortunately, you did not answer our questions. Please check your email address to see if it is verified.
