    Please log in to your customer account with the email address you used to order the license. You have 2 e-mail accounts in your Avíra customer account.

    Please have a look at the information, maybe you will find a solution there.

    Hi, I checked both the accounts and neither has an active service or has a notification of payment in the last two years, but Avira still send me payments on my credit card.

    I can't request a refund through your instructions because I don't have a premium account.

    So please give me solid instructions how to deal with this ugly incovenience, I hope to receive good news soon otherwise I will move my complain in other serious places.
