double charge
Completedyou seem to have a habit to double charge, I read in the comunity
i wont accept this; refund me for your blatant dishonesty

If something is paid twice, please check your bank transfers and the reference numbers of the respective debits. Above all, check your email addresses in your Avira customer account, under which email address your subscriptions are activated. There you will see your licenses - each under the order email with the appropriate password.
Each subscription purchased in the Avira online store is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically registered under this email address.

Questions about your license or payment processing can unfortunately only be handled by the support team via your customer account via email in accordance with GDPR. Thank you for your understanding.
