Location of password vault

I want to keep my password vault on my USB drive only and nowhere else. That is the only way to isolate my passwords from anybody else no matter how superb the encryption levels are. Will Avira Password Manager let me do that?

  My Avira password manager is unregistered. Therefore, according to the support page, my password vault will be stored locally on my device. Will it let me store the vault on an USB stick instead of the hard drive of my computer?
