    Please check if you have deactivated the automatic license renewal.
    Below you will find a description if the automatic license renewal was not set by you as desired and how to proceed afterwards.

    Please log in to your account with the email address you used to order the license. This is very important, you have at least  3  email addresses in your 
    customer account at Avira. Only with the correct email address - the one you used when ordering - you will get in contact with the support.

    You have already contacted the support and created a ticket there. You are writing here in a publicly accessible forum, the community, personal data can and may not be questioned or answered in this forum according to the Data protection GDPR.   
    Questions about your license or payment processing can unfortunately only be handled by the support team via your customer account via email in accordance with GDPR. Thank you for your understanding.

    It would make sense to continue to contact the support in your ticket created by you, there are your contract documents, to which we have no access from the Community here.
