Premium customers with a valid Avira licence and correct registration can contact the Avira Support Team directly from their Avira customer account under ‘SUPPORT’; via email, support chat and (in some cases) telephone.
Your: ‘I would greatly appreciate it if you could look into this matter at your earliest convenience.’ This is not possible from here, the publicly accessible Avira Community. This can only be carried out by Avira Support after your purchased licence has been correctly registered in accordance with the GDPR.
Avira is subject to the strict requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Questions regarding your Avira subscription or your Avira installation can only be answered by Avira Support via your Avira customer account in accordance with the GDPR via email.
