Your request cannot be processed without information about your installed Avira product:- Detailed information about your operating system, including the current installation number of the latest update.
- The exact name of the Avira software you are using, along with the currently installed version number of the latest update.
The required information is described for every Avira customer or user in the Avira Community Guidelines.

Premium customers with a valid Avira licence and who are logged in correctly can contact the Avira Support Team directly from their Avira customer account under “SUPPORT”; via email, support chat and (in some cases) telephone.
Avira is subject to the strict requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Questions regarding your Avira subscription or your Avira installation can only be answered by Avira Support via your Avira customer account by email, in compliance with the GDPR.
