App whitelist not working
CompletedHello! I ran into an unpleasant problem: I add the folder with the installed application to the exceptions, but Avira still deletes its contents. That is, the contents of the C:/Program Files/Application folder are deleted despite the fact that this path is in the exceptions. What am I doing wrong?

Did you follow these instructions?
Unfortunately, you did not tell us your installed OS, nor the Avira version.
Premium customers with a valid license can contact the support team directly, from there is access to your customer account and to your concerns with the installation. Either directly from your customer account under "Support", but also under
