unable to cancel subscription
CompletedI am unable to complete canceling the subscription. The page always opens incomplete or redirect me something else. Can you wither cancel it considering my comment here as a request or guide me how to cancel?

Unfortunately, we cannot get an idea of the description you have given us.
If the cancellation instructions are not displayed correctly, you should check your access data. If you have correct access data, the cancellation instructions will be open, and you should be able to deactivate the automatic licence renewal in your customer account.Here you will find instructions on how to cancel your license:

I cannot cancel my Avira subscription with your instructions because when I sign on it shiws I have no active subscription, nevertheless, I am being charged monthly.

Please log in to your customer account with the email address you used to purchase the licence. Your purchased licence will then be displayed, and you can cancel your purchased monthly licence. Thank you for your understanding.
