Hi there

I subscribed for avira security Pro before I get trouble with windows. After reinstalling windows, I'm trying in vain to aviro pro back to my laptop. 
Need a help please

  Hello Ouya,

  Please log in to your customer account with your access data, from there your license can be reinstalled, or you can contact support.

  Please make sure that you are logged in at:

  https://my.avira.com/de/dashboard/home 

  with the access data (e-mail address and your chosen password) with which you previously purchased Avira.

  Afterwards, your license will be displayed in your customer account under "Subscriptions" and you can install directly from there or contact the support:

  https://my.avira.com/de/dashboard/subscriptions/tabs/plans
