    Premium customers with a valid license and correct registration can contact the support team directly from the customer account under "Support".

    Your question about the robot is the possibility to contact the support team via chat. If there is no member of staff available immediately, a ticket will be created for you, and you will be contacted by the support team. The connection via chat (robot) saves long waiting times and a ticket is created for you if contact is not possible immediately, to then contact you via email in accordance with GDPR. It is an additional service to customer contact.

    We do not have access to your customer account from here, the publicly accessible forum. Therefore, it would make sense for you to contact the support directly to exchange the data necessary to answer your request.
