Avira not installed but is installed

Avira is not on my divice BUT FOR SOME RESON MY ANTIVIRUS SAYS ITS INTALLED AND IM PISSED, I KEEP INSTALING THAT DAMN INSTALLER BUT  IT ALSO SAYS ITS INSTALLED WTF

  look I think what happen is I uninstalled Avira  BUT I did not restart my computer. The only things from Avira that are still in my computer are: Avira Sentry Protection SDK and Endpoint protection Service and maybe more. I tried to uninstall them but it just says 

  Operation Could Not be Completed: Access is Denied

  And I just want Windows Defender Back.
