New subscriber having problems with internet connection and VPN on Windows PC

I am new subscriber and each time I try to use VPN I lose internet connectivity.
Tried on both PCs and same result.
Both PCs are Windows 10 and I recently purchased the security suite .
At this moment I cannot use VPN and in reality that's what I bought the suite.

I have 2 computers with the Phantom VPN Pro. 1 Windows 10 & 1 Windows 11. My Win10 Laptop works fine with the VPN, but my Win11 PC will drop connection and reconnect constantly.0 -
