    As you have a cost of £85 you must have purchased a license.
    Please log in to your customer account with the access data (e-mail address and the password you have chosen) with which you have previously purchased the Avira product.
    Each subscription purchased in the Avira Online Shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the e-mail address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this e-mail address. If the subscription is not displayed, the access data is incorrect.

    Questions about the license or the payment process can only be answered by the support team via your customer account by email in accordance with GDPR.
    Premium customers with a valid license and correct registration can contact the support team directly from their customer account under "Support",  just so by e-mail, chat or phone at 
    https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/support/tabs/support

    With the correct access data registered, contact is quite possible, there are sometimes waiting times, but the support team will contact the correctly registered Premium customers as soon as possible.
    Once again, here in the publicly accessible community, a forum, no personal data can or may be processed in accordance with the GDPR.

    pascha45, I am very much aware of where I made the post, it’s public support forum etc.

    I know to follow web instructions and very familiar and know to navigate, that being said, my account gives no way to contact customer service directly via email etc

    Wait, please try if you send me their email for contacting customer support. Would appreciate, I just want to get over with this… and close it

    I can click support and follow through their website page, but I don’t get option I am looking for; the typical contact us page/or similar….I am taking time out to write all this and it’s piss take…

    As easy as it is for me to do this post here, why can’t it be easier to contact customer support.
