CompletedI have followed the instructions for canceling a subscription. When I click on Subscriptions in the left-hand menu, I do not get the same thing that is shown in the instructions.HereiswhatIsee.Sorry.the.keyboard.will.not.space.
So. I cannot get to the place where you cancel subscriptions. I only have a free version so cannot use support. I have deleted Avira from my Applications and have searched my hard drive for any Avira entries and there are none. Yet, I can still open the page you see above without any password or anything. Avira also pops up when I'm trying to log in to sites that are on my password list. How can I stop this activity? I do not want this product operating on my computer. I have also deleted the app from my iphone.
