    You have already contacted support several times, created tickets and received instructions from them several times to check your installation.
    You are now asking here in the community, a publicly accessible forum, for a new installation: "Is that the case or do I have to reinstall the software?"

    Since you have already been in contact with the support team several times and have already received instructions from them on how to check your installation, it would be advisable to continue to contact the support team and carry out the investigations and instructions suggested by them.
