Cancelling membership for the VPN
CompletedI am trying to cancel and get a refund but when I click on the link, the options appear on my screen for a second and then I get redirected back to the "support" page. How can I cancel?

Please log in to your customer account with the email address that was used to order the license. Every subscription purchased in the Avira online shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address. With correct login, the cancellation window remains open.
Only with your access data, which you used when ordering, will your subscription be displayed and the cancellation screen will open, see:

I have logged in with the email address where Avira has been sending emails and I still do not see any active subscriptions. I paid with Apple Pay. Is that why I am not seeing my subscriptions ?
