Completedi had subscribe for a avira prime pack for one year and i thought avira would have known this, but you have taken another $180+ out of my account to charge me for another package for a avira pro pack which i thought avira should of seen on my account i did not need reff 3xxxxxxx4 i don't need this so refund my money back

Have you set the duration in your customer account according to your wishes? Have you set the automatic licence renewal so that it is not renewed? You will be informed about this when you purchase the license. Please adjust this setting in your customer account; otherwise it will be renewed automatically.
