  Could it be that you have introduced changes to your settings or received a new update?
  From the scant information you have given us, we can only guess.
  If you have installed Windows, have you already carried out a repair installation? See:

  Maybe Avira was currently installing, when i restarted my computer yesterday. After repairing Avira everything is fine again
