Prime account and VPN accessability

I have Avira Prime and need Phantom VPN.  It is not even mentioned in my account.  Avira's communication is very poor.  Not user friendly.  How do I install Phantom VPN????

  If your license is not shown in the customer account under subscriptions, it is probably not installed correctly.
