    You have already been informed that questions about the license can only be answered via email, according to GDPR. Furthermore, you have also been informed about the strict regulations of the General Data Protection Regulation, which we will adhere to.

    Each subscription purchased in the Avira Online Store is associated with a customer account, which is always associated with the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under it. The customer has direct access to his customer account already activated by Avira with his correct login (with the access data of the order and verification of his email address).

    According to GDPR, questions about the license or payment processing can only be handled via your customer account by email by the support team.

    In addition, it would be very helpful to process your request in 1 thread to keep the overview and not to refer again to answers that have already been given. Thank you for your understanding

    pascha45 I'll try to make this is clear as possible. My UNT.edu email is a paying account, but it can't login to cancel or edit anything. I was charged on that email, but I want to cancel. I can't login on that email. I request password reset, the email never comes. Please tell me how I can cancel my subscription if I am literally unable to login? So that you aren't lost in translation, I'll say reiterate in your native language.
